You think you know your customers, don´t you? I mean, you speak to them all the time, right?
But do you really?

Are they telling you what you really need to hear — the ugly truths about your product and service? The good, the bad and the ugly, as it were.

You need somebody else, in fact, sometimes to speak to your customers for you. Promise your customers anonymity and then get that feedback in a structured, constructive way from an expert in user experience.

And then of course listen closely to the feedback and take action.

Vimond made just such an investment last year with Ina Stølen, Founder and MD of Brandity, a Bergen based brand strategy agency.
